Our Gurgaon clients, TeamLease Services Limited is one of India’s largest staffing companies and will  be acquiring close to 40% stake in Mumbai-based education technology startup Schoolguru for Rs 13.5 crore (about $2 million), it said in a stock-exchange filing. Schoolguru will continue to operate as a separate entity following the transaction, the filing said.

The company has 8 offices and 1,900 clients across the country for its services in Staffing, Outsourcing, and Human Capital.TeamLease pursues its mission of ‘Putting India to Work’ by focusing on the 3 E’s of Employment, Employability, and Education.

They’ve already acquired few companies in last one year, which includes “Evolve Technologies”, “ASAP Info Systems” and “NichePro Technologies”.
