Monika Misra

Founder & CEO

Monika has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and real estate industry. She is passionate about brand building, sales and in delivering high-quality service to customers.

Prior to iKeva, Monika was a part of senior management team at Servcorp, a premium Serviced Office provider and was an integral part of setting up and growing their business unit in India. She has also held senior management positions in boutique hotel chains, and has set-up small hospitality units in major metro cities across India.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Huddersfield (UK) in association with the Taj Group of Hotels.

Srinath Parepally

Director

Srinath is a founding partner of a US based IT services firm and has been instrumental in growing the organization through new business strategies, service initiatives and vendor/customer partnerships perspective. He has rich experience in IT Applications and designing systems to align them with the business processes to increase the business efficiencies and value.

Srinath is an active participant in start-up ecosystem as an Entrepreneur and Investor, and passionate about helping start-ups grow to the next stage

Sridhar Gadhi

Director

Sridhar Gadhi is the Founder and Executive Chairman of a U.S. technology pioneer that offers outcomes business models through the digitization of urban infrastructure.

An innovator by virtue, Sridhar has built and sold software companies in India and in the US. He also continues to invest and support in social impact initiatives globally.

He is an advisor to digital start-ups in the space of data centers, Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT).

He is a member of the Global IoT Council by the World Economic Forum, providing strategic guidance to the international community on governance and cooperation priorities for IoT technologies, while also helping to facilitate and advance policy initiatives across the WEF’s network for global technology governance.

Srinivas Murthy

Director, Technology & People Operations

Srinivas Brings over 27 years of experience in diverse sectors such as manufacturing, aerospace, skill development, engineering services and general management.

Prior to iKeva, Srinivas was the Director of Indo-German Institute of Advanced Technology, a premier institute in skill development space. Srinivas started his career with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd Lucknow Division, where he was responsible for indigenisation of Russian Equipment in the MIG27 project and maintenance of other electronic equipment.

He Holds an MTech degree in ‘Aircraft Production’ from IIT, Madras, and B.Tech in Electronics from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has undergone training at different institutes across Italy, Germany and UK on technical and managerial aspects.

Archana Naidu

Director

Archana is a seasoned Leadership & Business Coach, Mentor, and Enterprise Transformation Partner with over 25 years of expertise in guiding multi-generational family-owned and entrepreneur-led businesses. With a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and hands-on experience in running her family’s MSME manufacturing business, Archana has successfully transformed businesses through strategic guidance and leadership. A strategic thinker with a focus on innovation, talent development, and conflict resolution, she empowers businesses to achieve performance excellence and sustainable success.

Sateesh Andra

Sateesh is an Entrepreneur turned Venture Capitalist. As Managing Director at Endiya Partners, Sateesh serves on several boards including Darwinbox, Hansel and Kissht. Some of his past investments include Seclore, Little Eye Labs (Facebook) and Cleartrip. Most recently, he was Partner at Ventureast and DFJ.

Prior to DFJ, Sateesh was Founder/CEO of Euclid, a Silicon Valley start-up, in the IT Management Software space. He has also served in product marketing and engineering leadership roles at Tsqware (Conexant), LSI Logic, and VLSI Technology (Philips).

Sateesh holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Dr Ramesh Babu Byrapneni

Dr Ramesh is the Managing Director of one of India’s premier Venture Capital Fund. Prior to that, he was Chief of Cardiology at a leading hospital in Hyderabad.

He has MD (Gen Med) in Internal Medicine, DM (Cardio) from PGI, Chandigarh, and Interventional Cardiology and Fellowship from University of Alabama, USA.

He is a past President of TiE Hyderabad and was the Founding Director of Hyderabad Angels. He was also a Founding Chairperson of the Hyderabad 10k run and a Board Member of United Way Hyderabad.

Yogesh Kondap

Vice President - Center Operations and Procurement

Yogesh Kondap has over 29 years of experience, having worked with Gati and Gati KWE. He has worked in various functions such as IT Support, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Service Excellence. Yogesh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in operational efficiency and service improvement.

Adhnan Modi

Assistant Vice President - Enterprise Sales

Adhnan has over 15 years of sales and business development expertise, Adnan is passionate about driving business growth and fostering team collaboration. At 24×7, he played a key role in middle management, overseeing operations and sales. Prior to iKeva, Adhnan lead the Operations team at a leading multi-national BPO. His strengths lie in driving and motivating high-performance teams and comes with an excellent track record of the same.

Adhnan is also a passionate cricketer who represented the state Tamil Nadu (U-17 and U-19) during the year 2001 – 2003. He has also represented India in School Games Federation of India cricket tournament held in Sri Lanka. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Crescent Engineering college.

He lives his life by a simple code Live and Let Live.

Vinod has over 10 years of finance and accounting experience, previously managing accounts and teams at Oremus Corporate Services. He excels in establishing processes and building effective teams.

Ashok Reddy

Assistant Vice President – IT

Ashok brings over 17 years of IT experience, managing end-to-end infrastructure across sectors like manufacturing, hospitality, and software services. His expertise lies in planning, designing, and executing data centers while leveraging the latest technologies for clients’ advantage.

Munish Kumar

Assistant Vice President - Projects

Munish boasts over 8 years of project management experience with a strong focus on MEP. Prior to iKeva, he excelled in architectural firms and office space management, thriving on complex designs and tight deadlines.

Prior to iKeva, he has worked with Skootr and Turn Key Contracts, focusing on MEPO design and execution as well as civil and interior design and build.

He holds a diploma in electrical Engineering.

Sindhu Singh

Area Manager - Customer Success

Sindhu brings over 14 years of experience in operations, facility management, and client servicing. Having been with iKeva for over 9 years, she’s passionate about building customer loyalty and fostering long-term relationships, handling sales and service delivery.

Before joining iKeva, she managed Supply Chain Management & Payroll at Dusters Total Solutions, where she excelled in providing strategic guidance and driving a highly motivated team.

Sindhu’s strengths lie in multi-tasking and managing complex operations, while focusing on customer experience and team motivation. She excels in designing systems that align business processes with the company’s commitment towards service excellence.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Computer Science.

Sehaj has over 8 years of expertise in brand strategy, marketing, and social media management. Previously with a Digital Marketing and BTL agency, she excels in providing innovative marketing solutions and thrives on brand communication.

Sunil Krishna

Sunil has over 11 years of HR experience, previously managing HR operations as an Assistant Manager at Axelon Staffing Services. He is passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.

Teresa Nair

Teresa brings over 11 years of experience in hospitality, education and BPO industries, with a strong passion for client management. She has extensive experience in training teams, people management, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Before joining iKeva, Teresa worked as a Trainer in a multinational BPO. She was part of the team that led training and management of service delivery across India at Servcorp, a premium serviced office provider.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and is currently pursuing studies in Child Psychology.
